for Oral Presentation
1. Please kindly prepare the slide
in PowerPoint presentation format with Microsoft Office
2007 version or lower
2. The other of presentation such
35 mm slide or transparency film are not possible
3. The presenters are requested
to use the computer provided by the organizer only
4. The presenters are requested
to submit their presentation at least 3 hours before the
presenting period at the slide preview room on M floor
5. The presentation in McIntosh
system is not acceptable, please convert the format to PC
Instruction
for Poster Presentation
• The poster board is 100 cm in
width x 200 cm in height. The suitable poster size is within
95 cm in width x 150 cm in height.
• The display area for poster is
in the 3rd Floor Corridor around Escalator.
• The abstract title, author names
and the institutions in large letters should be placed at
the top of the poster followed by the headings: Introduction,
Methods, Results and Conclusions to identify your poster
layout.
• The posters should be displayed
in the poster areas throughout the assigned one day period.
Each poster board is marked with the number assigned to
each abstract.
• Pin, stapler, nails or any other
sharp materials which might destroy the poster board are
not allowed to use for affixing the poster. Two side tape
is the most recommended materials for presenting the poster.
Please be note that the posting material should be provided
by the presenter.
